Step 2: Get confirm and payment requirements.

Please double check all information to make sure all are correct. And also check if you need extra services.

Then you will ask for payment requirement

Finally, you will get our confirmation for how long your Vietnam visa approval letter will be sending to you via email.

Step 3: Get visa Approval letter and instruction to get visa at airport.

After settling the payment, Please check your email to know when you will get the visa letter.

Get visa approval letter in 30 minutes to 4 working hours if you need supper urgent.
Get visa approval letter from 4-8 working hours (1 working day) if you need urgent.
Normally, you will get the visa approval letter within 2 working days for normal case.
Print out the visa approval letter as it will be sent to your email by JPG, or PDF.
Download and fill out the entry and exit form for Vietnam visa.
Prepare 2 pieces of picture 4X6 cm and some cash (The Stamping fee is 25USD for single entry visa or 50USD for multiple entries visa).

Put all documents as mention above with your passport to get visa stamped on arrival.

Step 4: Get visa stamped into your passport on arrival.

You please show all things that you have prepared (passport, visa approval letter, immigration form, 2 piece of pictures, and some money in cash) to the police at the landing visa counter when you arrived at the airport (HoChiMinh, Hanoi, Danang, Nhatrang).
